Krazik8i 3 Sep 2018. Hi, I am about the same age and have been on implanon/nexplanon implants for almost 10 years with similar symptoms for the last 18/24 months. First couple of years I bled non-stop, then it died off and the last couple of years I’ve had the dark/old blood discharge issue.

Okay, so I'm three weeks into having my nexplanon inserted, about two days ago my spotting started, but it's only been Brown discharge, and if I've bled out it's all been Brown and very small amounts.
