The Argentavis Saddle is used to ride an Argentavis after you have tamed it. It can be unlocked at level 62 for 21 Engram Points. It can be found in red Supply Crates.

So I just got to carno island and tamed a level 62 Argentavis. Small problem, I literally CANNOT find its saddle. Its not in the engram list thingy, and google doesnt help.
