Green key light blinking on dashboard

Prior to my trip to the dealer today the key light on the dash would flash red as soon as I took the key of of the ignition. Now after a trip to the dealer today to have brakes checked it flashes constantly while I'm driving.

Usually just requires a re-initialization. All the ones I have done work fine without keys having to be reprogrammed. If you do not want to tow to dealer, you can phone them and get bypass code to input with brake. 1) Fuel pump primes. No questions there. 2) With the donor cars ECU (box under dash) and donor key on the key ring with my original cars key in the ignition it will crank, but not fire. I do not have any problems starting the vehicle and my FOBs seem to be working correctly (able to lock and unlock doors). The light is a solid Amber and is not flashing.
