Jan 31, 2024 · Once cut, arrange the boards on a flat surface to form a rectangular frame, ensuring the corners are squared and aligned. With the boards in position, apply wood glue along the meeting edges to enhance the bond and stability of the frame. Then, using a drill and wood screws, secure the boards together at each corner. Clamp the support boards to the inside of your cornhole frame. Using a drill bit the same diameter as your bolts, drill a hole 1 3/4" from the sides and from the bottom of your support board. Drill through the support board and the frame. Attach the support boards with a 2 inch bolt, at least 1/4" in diameter. First, measure 1 3/4 inches down from the top of the board and make a mark. Second, measure 1 3/4 inches from the side. You'll drill a 3/8 inch hole where the center marks are. Use a compass to draw an arc which will round off the top so the legs will be able to fold.
