I rented a car from Fox Rent a car. I got to the counter with a registration and they did not have the car they promised. So the agent said she would upgrade me to the next level of vehicle - Ok, no problem. She also stated that when I brought the car back I would NOT have to fill up the tank (as a courtesy for the upgrade I guessed).
