Here's the thing though. We need to establish a Gore density system. A short film of 20 minutes in length that is 19 minutes of straight gore is REALLY gory, despite the short run time. Let's say a feature length film has 22 minutes of gore on its 1:45 run time. I would say it's less gory due to the light density of its gore to shot ratio.
