Oculus quest 2 boundary glitch

Every time I start up oculus link on my quest 2, it’s so laggy and the screen is tearing like crazy. My pc is more than cable of running this as I have in the past before but now it randomly keeps tearing and laggy in the oculus link home. I have a: Gpu: RX 6800xt Cpu: Ryzen 9 5900x. Clear the 5ghz band of every device except your quest.

You could've just created a boundary somewhere else and then gone back and created your other boundary. That's a glitch I've had it before and what I've done is I created a boundary in my living room and went back into my room and created the boundary again and it saved.
