The point is 16570 is a relatively recent Explorer model from the 90's to the early 00's. If I recall correctly, real tropical dials are caused by the fact that Rolex (and Omega) during the 60's/early 70's used a coating for the black dials that caused the discoloration when exposed to a fair amount of light and maybe humidity as well.
