Pick one thing to unfuck. This should, preferably, be something you’ve been ignoring or avoiding for a long time. We’re going to do 20 minutes on and 10 minutes off. So: 20 minutes actively unfucking your project, AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER (but put some music on, because it helps), and then a 10-minute break.
